PAYMENTS
Course fees are payable with the booking prior to
course commencement and cheques made payable to Ergo Active Ltd.
Invoices
to be paid strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
Bacs payments can
be arranged on request.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance
of course if payment has not been received
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a place(s) on a course please
inform us in writing by email or letter at least 14 days prior to
course
commencement. Any course cancelled less than 14 days will not
be eligible for a refund.
DELEGATE TRANSFER
Delegates may transfer to a different course date
by making this request in email or letter with a minimum of 14 days
notice
COURSE & BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Course booking and joining details
will be sent by email unless there is no email address available
then the above will be posted.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If a delegate has special requirements e.g. literacy,
language, disability please contact Ergo Active to discuss. Our aim
is
to help to achieve all training needs if possible.
Ergo Active
reserves the right to cancel or change the venue, timing and date
of a course. In the unlikely event of the course
being cancelled the full course fee will be refunded.
